We are in the process of update both our esx host and vc from 3.5u1/vc2.5u1 to 3.5u2/vc2.5u2. The one thing I am not sure about is when everything is all say and done (most of what we are doing has been no down time (vmotion). Try that with hyperV 
If I enable the enhance vmotion feature within my cluster, do the vm guest need to reboot before this takes effect? In addition, at least in our current environment, are either dual core AMD (bl465) or quad core amd (bl465G5). Is there any performance impact i need to be aware of when we engage this feature?
