dell gave me this link to the esx 3.5 HCL

it shows the MD3000i with software only compatibility >
will this cause some features to not work if using ESX 3.5 with HA ??
will have (2) esx 3.5 servers,,, and the (1) MD3000i SAN
any comments would be appreciated...
