Hi,

We are running 5 virtual machines on ESX server. But sometimes, the connection between two virtual machines one is losing. How can I solve this problem?

We would need more information to try and diagnose this. What OS are the guests running? Are then on the same network/vlan? Are they trying to talk to each other over an internel network on the host? What do you mean by one is losing connection? Where is it indicating that connection loss?

Cheers,

Is Windows firewall enabled? If you disable the firewall does ping work?

Windows firewall is disabled. X machine can ping the gateway. But X machine can not ping the Z machine. Just between the two machines that have problems in accessing. And this problem does not always.
