analysis failed due to incorrect credentials or insufficient privilege

I am trying to convert windows 2003 so before this, the converter analysis failed with the error "analysis stopped due to incorrect credentials or insufficient privilege".

Can some one help?? The account I am using is domain admin also it has privilege to run as services and full access to the system

Hi,

Change "Log on as" account on the VirtualCenter machine than in services , "Vmware Capacity Planner Service" and "Vmware Converter Enterprice Service" with which use remote login account.
