added disk to vm - reboot - now getting operating system not found

I just cloned a machine. It booted up fine, rebooted, no problems. I added a disk, formatted it in windows, looks great. I then reboot again and then I get operating system not found. It's like its not booting to the correct hard drive. I don't understand. What am I missing?

Oh geez. Nevermind. It appears to have put the second hard drive ahead of the first one in the boot order....dumb.

If you remove the new disk does the VM boot?
