What is the easiest way to update a single ESX 3.5 host?

We are running a single host with ESX Infrastructure 3.5 Update 1. The virtual machines are saved on lokal disks. All management is done through VI client, there is no vCenter available.

I would like to update this host to ESX 3.5 Update 4. What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

Download the ISO: http://www.vmware.com/download/download.do?downloadGroup=ESX350U4 and burn to a CD

shut down your VMs

reboot your ESX and boot from the CD

perform an upgrade of the ESX server
