What does "Reset request on handle" mean?

Hi Guys,

I am running ESX 3.5 on a a Dell2950 talking to an EqualLogic Array and keep seeing the following lines in the vmkernel. When this happens, one of my Ubuntu VMs running on the server has a kernel Oops.

Has anyone else seen a similar behavior? Can anyone please guide me towards figuring out what these mean?

not sure, the log indicating towards vscsi controller only
