HI All,
I notice in the release notes for ESX 3.5 that it states thta VMware do not support MSCS in this release
http://www.vmware.com/support/vi3/doc/vi3_esx35_vc25_rel_notes.html (about halfway down)
Is there an official response as to why this is this is not supported? I have production systems running on 3.0 in this scenario and i am concerned an upgrade will cause issues
Any help would be apprecated

- Boot from SAN for VMs using MSCS is now supported.
-Majority Node Set clusters with application-level replication (for
example, Exchange 2007 Cluster Continuous Replication (CCR) is now
supported.

I have been sent this by a colleague

I am confused now because point 12 on page 16 , suggests that VM images should not be clustered.
Can you confirm what this means and what caveats there are to clustering in this way?
