Vmotion Help- unable to access the virtual machine configuration??

I have this error when I do Vmotion. I can confirm connectity is fine, tested with VMKping...

unable to migrate from ESXtest1 to ESXtest2,unable to access the virtual machine configuration, unable to access file.

I can confirmed I have Share LUN seeing both by all VMs..

any idea?

Does it mention a specific file that it's having a problem with?
