Vmotion CPU compatability

Hello does anyone know if VMotion will work between a PowerEdge 2950 Dual Core Intel® Xeon® 3Ghz and a new brand PowerEdge III Dual Core Intel® Xeon® X5260 3.33Ghz

I am about to procure this server but I want to assure everything will work fine,

The above has the infomration on CPU compatability for Vmotion

It gets to be a bit confusing to track down the cpu matches.
