VMware web access (disable download section)

Hello folks,

I need to disable the "download vmware infraestructure client" link listed on http://virtualcenter/ It'd be great if I can redirect http://virtualcenter/ to http://virtualcenter/ui/

I couldn't find anything in "Virtual Infrastructure web Access Administrator’s Guide".

That link points to that same file. It doesn't download from the net, it pulls it from the VC server.

what is your web base;

IIS / apache

You may disable the webservice

We are using Apache (under windows in the virtualcenter, and under linux on esx )

I just don't want to let the clients download/use the virtual infraestructure client, they should use Vmware Web Access...
