VMware Licensing Conumdrum

My VI3 infrastructure consists of two clusters...HS21 for servers and VDI for our hosting of VDI sessions. We also have 2 different types of licenses...ESX Standard and ESX Server VDI. At the current time I have one host in the HS21 cluster using a ESX Server VDI license and one VDI host using a ESX Server Standard license. What would be the proper way to make sure the server hosts pull the ESX Standard licenses and the VDI hosts pull the ESX Server VDI licenses. Would I need to configure another license server talking on another port perhaps?

Yes, or use host based licensing instead.
