Please verify the vmotion IPs are on the same segment and have been assigned the same default gateway.
Please use the vmkping command from each host to make sure they can see eachother. Once youve verified that, let me know.
All's well.. i can see i can ping and they are on the same segment...
Are the datstores (lun) named the same on both machines? The name doesn't matter, but it must be identical on both.
EX: vmfs_1
Yes the names are same on both the Stores
u rock... it was the Cd ROM that i was ignoring.. CDROM was attached...
