VMotion from Server B to A but not from A to B

Hello,

This has me puzzled, as I am able to vmotion from Server B to Server A without a problem, however when I try to move the VM back. I see it appear on Server B with invalid next to the VM name and then it say's orphaned and goes back to server A. I can not move anything from server A to B. Any idea what would cause this on ESX 3.5. I have listed some of my network configurations below:

Server A

service console: 172.23.5.25

vmkernal: 172.23.5.28

Gateway: 172.23.5.3

Vmotion: 172.23.5.27 (Dedicated NIC)

Server B

service console: 172.23.5.26

vmkernal: 172.23.5.29

Gateway: 172.23.5.4

Vmotion: 172.23.5.30 (Dedicated NIC)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You were correct, my NFS permissions on export did not have the IP for the second esx SERVER. This was preventing me from using vmotion from A to B. I appreciate everyone's help on this issue.
