Did anyone else receive this email? The email states by joining you get this as a benefit:
Does this mean VMWare will be removing public access to certain forums? That is a terrible mistake if this is the case because so many good people contribute who aren't nessesarily a VMWare customer. Also, if my customer subscription runs out will I lose access to the forums? So then I can't get forum support without paying for it? I hope this isn't the way VMWare is going. Seems like this is closing the door to the public for VMware and only working with the people that pay VMWare money. It will also give customers insentive to look at other virtualization technoligies that provide open discussion a mix of customers and the public.
I hope I am mistaken in my assumption of this.
