VM box not taking any outside network connections, only internal

I am having a quite annoying problem, in the middle of fixing a DNS issue I discovered I relized that my secondary dns VM server actually dose not or will not communicate with anything outside the VM network. I can ping from VM server to VM server without issue. However when I try to ping, nslookup, w/e that requires connection to the secondary dns VM it fails. However my other primary dns works just fine.

The VM is running novell 6.5 there is no firewall configured phyical or software, Ips are set statically

Any suggestions would be wonderful.

Hello,

Is this an ESX question or VMware Server question? The answer will be different based on the results of this question.

Best regards,

Edward

Problem will resolved a long time ago, turned out the guest OS has lost its default gateway information.
