Can you be a little bit more precisely?

"Not performing well" is a very (too) general statement.

What guest OS's are you talking about?

My clients/end users has started crying from last few days that's why I can say there is something related to VMs performance.

In my environment I need to get performance data of both Hosts and VMs (Disk, Network, CPU and Memory Performance data) and I need to give recommandatation on the bassis of that to client.

How can I get that data?

"esxtop" from the command line to or the performance graphs of the vClient (and with vCenter also the historical data).
