VM Backup - SQL Server

Hello,

I have become familiar with how to backup a full vm using vcbmounter and it seems to work pretty well. Does anyone know how to backup a single drive within a vm? I want to backup the data on a sql server and cant seem to figure out how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the community.

If you want to backup single file you must use the file level mode of VCB.

Yes, but only at file level (you can choose the entire disk under "letters" folder).

Note that VCB is at his end of life, so consider also to move to other solutions.
