VI Console Scree

I installed a few things today, and I was playing around with the console. Then I saw something I have never seen before, or that was even possible.

I had ability to convert to virutual machine, migrate templates, create template, clone machine to another virtual machine.. ALL From the VI console, I know I saw it there earlier.. But when I went back to the console I no longer see these options.

What did I do? What mode is this in to get this back? Or am I delusional?

this sometimes happens to me two

My assumption: the VI client sometimes doesn't reliable detect that it is connected to ESX only and displays all the options related to VC.

Probably a bug and not a feature
