VCB File Backup of RDM

I would like to do a file level backup of an RDM.

The RDM is attached as a virtual RDM.

How do I get VCB to back that RDM up ?

Thanks

Dave,

Did a uninstall and a Complete Install.

No Sync Driver shown in Add/Remove programs. Even looked in the custom install and that does not give the option for a sync driver.

Tried vcbMounter again and still it is doing the same thing.

You should see something like the attached screenshots. Add/remove programs - change - modify - custom...What is the VM OS? Is it specified properly in the VM Settings?

Is the Sync driver not support for x64 Systems ?

I just looked - only the VSS driver comes with x64 VMware Tools. You may want to start a ticket with VMware. Not sure if it is supported or not...
