VCB Compatibility Matrix?

Former esxRanger (vRanger) user new to VCB (the tail is wagging the dog on this decision to move off Ranger to VCB).

There exists a VCB compatibility matrix for VMware Consolidated Backup 1.0.3 | 07/31/2007 | Build 51389

at https://www.vmware.com/support/vi3/doc/releasenotes_vcb103.html#installnotes

Where is the VCB compatiliby matrix for VMware Consolidated Backup 1.0.3 Update 1 | 10/31/2007 | Build 58377 ?

Where is the VCB compatiliby matrix for VMware Consolidated Backup 1.1 Latest Version: 1.1 | 12/10/2007 | Build: 64559 ? The release notes for this product point to http://www.vmware.com/support/vi3/doc/vi3_esx35_vc25_rel_notes.html which is the catch all release notes for VC2.5/ESX3.5. No details there on VCB

I'm on VC2.0.2/ESX3.0.1 and I'm trying to find the supported compatible version of VCB. According to the support matrix for VCB 1.0.3 (if I'm reading it correctly), I've got a mismatched version of VC and ESX. To run a supported version of VCB, I would need to upgrade ESX3.0.1 to ESX3.0.2 since I'm already on VC2.0.2. This would allow me to use VCB 1.0, 1.0.1, 1.0.2, or 1.0.3.

Lastly, we plan to move to NetBackup 6.5. The backup software compatibility list located at http://www.vmware.com/pdf/vi3_backup_guide.pdf shows NetBackup compatibility up to version 6.0. Has anyone tried 6.5? Know of any known issues? Known reasons why 6.5 isn't on the supported list yet?

Thank you in advance,

Jas

the "vi3_35_25_compat_matrix.pdf" states that 1.0.1 , 1.0.2 and 1.1 are compatible with your setup....
