Upgrading VM Tools on VI images

Hi,

Can someone tell me the easiest way to upgrade VMWare tools on a VMWare Infrastructure Virtual Machine?

Windows VMs are easiest - just select some VMs, right-click and "Install/Upgrade VMware Tools" / "Automated".

You can mark one or more VM in the VI client, right click and choose 'install/ugrade vmwar tools'. The VM's will reboot, though...
