Update Manager will not Apply Update 4

I created a new patch baseline in Update Manager that inlcudes ESX 3.5 Update 4. I attached it to hosts within Virtual Center but when I try and remediate the hosts Update Manager states there are no updates to apply. My ESX hosts are currently at ESX 3.5 Update 3 with the January 2009 patches. I am running Virtual Center 3.5 Update 4. Has anyone else run into this issue?

you may try to run the VMware Update Manager Update Download scheduled task again.

Also, if you didn't try to create a static baseline for U4 and attach it to your Host/Cluster

I have read that Update Manager on virtual center does not pick up the ESX3.5 U4. I am not sure if the content.xml being updated yet.

My Update Manager DB was hosed. I uninstalled Update Manager from the VC. Then I re-installed and re-initialized the DB and all was OK
