Update Manager + adding new patches using vmware-updateDownloadCli.exe not working

I use the Update Manager download service to get all the patches for the ESX servers.

I then export the updates to a USB disk and import them into the VUM server. This works oke the first time.

But when i do another export en try to import the patches i says 0 patches imported, but it should at leat contain 12 or more patches.

Anyone got an idea what is going wrong, i don't get errors etc.

I reinstalled UDMS on a fresh installation of Windows. Downloaden all the patches exported the patches from the end of may until now. The same patches were exported as the last time. Then the import was successfully.
