If i try to migrate live Windows server to this ESX server i receive "Operation timed out" message.
When i shutdown this server Windows server and then migrate him to this EXS server everything is ok.

You can do a VMotion on other VMs?
Do you have a dedicated vmkernel interface for VMotion?

The problem was with Vmotion VLAN ID. It was blank and should be 15.
