When V to V'ing vm's in ESX3.0 in VM converter, I am getting errors on certain vm's and not others. All OS's are the same W2k3 server, and all disks are basic disks, not dynamic. Anyone experience this??
I had this same problem with P2V hosts. I never did resolve the error before I left the company. I looked at a bunch of stuff that pointed to something in the boot.ini file, but that didn't seem to change anything.
