Unable to add iSCSI Lun to DataStore

I am trying to add some iSCSI luns from a Netapp 3020 to one of my ESX servers to test my planned setup.

I added a vSwitch and did all the other network setup and I am able to discover the lun on the filer. I get the path/canonical path of vmhba40:0:1 which looks right. Its seeing the correct capacity and LUN id but when I go to Storage>Add Storage and select Disk/Lun, it will not display the lun so I can add it to the datastore. I've rescanned numerous times without any luck. I'd rather not reboot the box if I have to so does anyone have anything I could check?

Thanks for the thread link! After reading it and going back, I had the LUN set to the wrong image type... after deleting it and creating it as VMware, it works great now.

Thanks again
