Unable to Migrate..

I just upgraded one of my host to ESX 3.5 in the cluster, and when I tried to migrate one of the VM from 3.5 to 3.02, I am getting the following error.

Host CPU is incompatible with the virtual machine`s requirements at CPUID level 0x1 register 'eax'

host bits: 0000 :0000:0000:0000:0000:1111:0100:0001

reqired: 0000:0000:0000:xxxx:00xx:0110:xxxx:xxxx.. Mismatch detected for these features.

Any ideas?

were you able to migrate between hosts prior to the upgrade?
