Unable to MOUNT Kernel panic error after rebooting ESX Host....

I built three ESX host without issue and then I rebooted one of them and got the following error: Any ideas?

Unable to Mount: Kernel Panic: VFS: Unable to mount root FS 00:00

kernel 0xC0100000, data 0xc038d00 -s .bss 0xc0443380

the other two hosts works fine?

maybe is a controller failure: could you try reinstalling the failing ESX and see if it do the same?

If you are sure it's not an HW failure try following this link
