Status Warning- Prochot for system board 3 - normal

Hi,

We are having 8 ESX 3.5 hosts (Update2/update3) in production environment. All of the esx 3.5 hosts are showing status warning "Prochot for system board 3 - normal" under Configuration - Health Status - Other.

ESX server hardware is: HP ProLiant BL685c G1.

Please can anyone advise on how resolve this issue.

Are you running on HP hardware with AMD cpu?

Yes. Dual-Core AMD Opteron Processor 8218.

It seems that the HP sensors are not all correctly interpreted by the VMware hardware health monitoring in u2/u3. It looks like an upgrade to u4 should solve your problem.

Do you have the HP Insight Management Agents installed? If so, which version?
