Shared LUN / templates between Virtual Centers

I'm looking at creating a LUN to hold our templates, and would like to share it across all of our servers. We're currently running separate Virtual Centers for production and development, so the templates would be shared across both. Any issues with doing that?

No issues.

The only requirement is that template's storage is share between all ESX (or at least ESX on which you will deploy your template).
