Check memory and cooling.

VMware vExpert '2009
We just had one of our production boxes do the same thing last week. I collected all the logs (vm-support) and sent them off to VMware for an analysis. For me it appears to be a problem with the HBAs connecting to the SAN. If you can, I'd recommend having VMware review the logs just so you'll have a better idea what it is. My guess is it's hardware of some kind in your case.
Hi ., it would be mainly coz of hardware problem... I had a similar problem earlier and after updating the firmware , it got resolved. Can you check if all your firmware are upto date.
Memory and cooling OK. All firmware are latest.
Problem, seems to be solved. I just connect server to SAN Storage (YottaB) not directly but through Q-Logic SANBox Switch. Uptime 1 week.
