Screen Resolution on Windows guest

Running ESX 3.0.1, and guest OS Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition, we would like to set up a screen resolution 1024x768, but we can't change screen resolution, which is 1280x1024.

¿Is there any way to configure a lower resolution using VMware tools or something like that?

Try to connect to the console using the Virtual Infrastructure client and then bring up setting for the display there.

Are you currently connecting via remote desktop?

Yes, we connect through remote desktop. Now I can see what's the problem!!
