A few things I have found using the SVMotion.pl script and the Windows RCLI
1) Although it is documented everywhere to use single quotes ( ' ) use doubles ( " ). Otherwise you get a VM reference error, etc.
2) Apparently the script does not like the use of :'s in the name of the VMFS. Not that I make it a practice to do so but VMware does for local storage (ie. bob-esx01:storage1). I have not found a workaround for this problem other than renaming the storage but if someone has I would like to know it. I'll be testing some of the plugins soon and maybe they get around this deficiency.
Other than that the migration seems to be successful. I noted a 15 sec delay in a RDP session when migrating my first server, but other than that no complaints.
