I am trying to build a small ad-hoc monitoring solution for the network utilization as a whole of VMware ESX.
When I run an snmpget using the following statement on my own system I get the error that follows.

snmpget -m ALL -c public server.domain.com .1.3.6.1.4.1.6876.3.4.1.7.1
VMWARE-RESOURCES-MIB::kbTx.1 = Wrong Type (should be Counter32): INTEGER: 4355
When I run it on the VMware ESX server itself I get the following output (not loading the MIBs)

snmpgetnext -m ALL -v 2c -c public localhost .1.3.6.1.4.1.6876.3.4.1.7
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.6876.3.4.1.7.1 = INTEGER: 4355
Does anyone have any insight on what the issue might be?
