Raw Device Mapping --- Can you have more than one on a VM?

I'm setting up some linux hosts and want to give them 2 RDMs. One to house some read-only web data, and another for logs. It looks like when I add the first LUN the option to add a second is grayed out. Is it possible to have more than one physical mapped lun per Virtual Machine?

Yes you can have more than one RDM per virtual machine however after adding the first one if you find that it greyed out the chances are that the host or VC is unable to see the other LUN.

Thanks. I may try restarting the ESX host. I've noticed that when I add new LUNs to the FC storage group, it takes a reboot for it to read the configuration...rescanning the vmhbas doesn't always work. I just didn't think I would have to do this every time...
