RSA SecureID and ADS integration to ESX Service Console and vCenter security hardening

Hi,

Can we integrate RSA Secure ID token authentication method for ESX Service console or root access?

Can we integrate the same with the vCenter? eg:- like u need to type in number combination on your secure id to login and based on that is the permissions and role.

What are the best practices and methods to be followed in hardening the ESX Servers and vCenter server? Any documentation or white papers or experience key notes also will be very helpful.

Appreciate any effort on this front.
