Problem with available capacity when adding a LUN

Please see attached image:

Notice the available disk space is a full 4TB smaller than capacity. Does anyone have any idea how one can remedy this?

It is currently a Raid6 volume on a Sun Storedge 6140(16x1TB SATA)

you can't present a LUN bigger than 2TB.

Wow, I feel a bit silly that I didn't notice that earlier. Perhaps I should RTFM next time. THANKS!

This is because ESX will only see 2 Tb at a time. You have a 5.4 Tb lun so you will only see the last 1.4 Tb of space. There are many other articles here on the board but this is the short skinny of it.
