Problem with SvMotion - Can't call method "fault_string"

Hi,

I am trying to migrate a VM from one SAN storage to another. The job started and after around 3 minutes I got the following error messages. This happens with every VM.

Can't call method "fault_string" without a package or object reference at C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware VI Remote CLI\bin\svmotion.pl line 171.

Any idea?

I encountered this same error message trying to migrate from one vmfs to another. In my case, I had a snapshot on the VM guest which I didn't identify until I ran svmotion in interactive mode. I removed the snapshot, and the fault_string error went away.
