Select the properties of the vswitch that you want to create a new port group on. Within the ports tab, select Add, choose your portgroup type. Specify your vlan when going through the wizard.

On the vswitch for virtual machines, create your two port groups and specify the VLAN in the port group definition. By default there is no VLAN specified on port groups, leaving them open for all traffic; just enter a VLAN number for the portgroup and it will lock it down to all traffic except that VLAN.

the VLAN number is the same the VLAN in Physical Switch ?

if I leave all the port open or without vlan id, i can put different ip address (VLAN 1 y VLAN2) in my virtual machines in the same virtual switch?

it is the same vlan in the physical switch - yes you can put different ip addresses but they will not be part of those vlans -
