Solved: Patches Ending with -BG and -SG - VMware Technology Network VMTN

I am downloading patches for ESX35 VI and found patches ending with -BG and -SG. What is the difference between -BG and -SG? Which one should I use to patch my ESX35 VI?

SG - security fix bundle

RG - roll-up bundle

UG - update bundle

the name of archive is 40 but to esxi is the same thing
