PSOD - Out of Memory – TCP/IP Module

I have an Isilon cluster as a NFS backend to about 15 ESX hosts running 3.5 latest patch level. HP DL580 G5s

The cluster went down one day last week, and when it did,

all of the ESX servers died with a PSOD "Out of Memory - TCP/IP Module".

Anyone ever see this before?

NFS is notorious for these type of issues.We had similar problem where it did not PSOD but the VM were powered of as ESX server was too busy trying to restore NFS
