Networks Adapters : Not represent my real subnet

Hi

I'm a newbie with VI3. I have probably a stupid question ... but I need an answer ...

My subnet at the office is 192.168.50.0 / 24

When I look under VIClient under Configuration Tab / Networks Adapters ... Under my VMNIC0 i see Networks : 192.168.50.142-192.168.50.142 \!!!

Why is like that ? I should see 192.168.50.1-192.168.50.254 ??

Any explication will be appreciated.

Thanx

Eric

I experienced that this does not always show the "correct" subnet range. But as it works as expected I don't bother to much on that wrong showing...

Ditto. I get all kinds of strange ranges with the network adapters. I would disregard it. It is informational only.

Same thing here. I have also noticed that some ranges don’t show up until you access them.
