Hi all,

I have to import a VM win 2003 server.

The VM have different IP settings than my LAN. How I can NAT or what else to have the VM visible in my lan?

I cannot change the preconfigured IP address of the VM.

TIA

Setup the VM on an isolated vswitch with a rotable VM acting as a gateway. see following doc for one way to do this http://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-9617

Hello,

Which virtualization product will you be using?

VMware Server has this built in. Its a NAT.

For ESX you will need to setup a NAT virtual appliance such as IPcop or Smoothwall and place the VM behind that on a private vSwitch such as:

Network<->pNIC<->vSwitch<->vFW<->vSwitch<->VM
