Networking option gone

Hello, after trying to review my networking option in VIC it is gone (it shows blank), I tried to refresh and nothing happens, all VMs and Service Console is working fine but I see a blank screen, Why did this happen? also If I want to vmotion my VMs it throws an error and it cant be performed.

I attached screenshots to be more clarify from VIC and the command Line

I would start be restarting the hostd agen - service vmware-mgmt restart - close the VI Client and reattach to VC
