Network Issue with VM's

Hi,

We are using ESX 3.5 U4 version. We have a couple of VM's running on it (2003 servers) and every now and then it will loose its network connectivity.

Once we disable and re-enable the virtual NIC, it will start communicating.

We have removed and re-added the NIC and even reinstalled the vmware tools but not made much diffarence.

Please advice.

Which vmnic are your using? Was this VM P2V'd? if so did you remove any hidden hardware?
