What is the best way and procedure to P2V Netware 5.1 to ESX 3.5 VM?

Either use the Novell Server Consolidation/Migration tool (SCMT) to migrate the data to a freshly built VM server, or use Portlock Storage manager to image it to a VM. Have used both, they work well.
