We are looking for Best Practices for configuring VMWARE Hosts:
-10 ESX 3.5 Hosts environment with HA and DRS enabled - while using NLB (network load balancing) in Microsoft App Center 2000 on 8 Windows 2000 SP4 VMs.
For example, networking configurations, DRS configurations, Resource Pool configurations (CPU and memory), etc...
HP/VMWARE support can only provide this old document:
One thing, I can say if in the networking configuration we had to make sure under NIC teaming the notify switch option was set to NO, because we are using unicast mode.
