NFS Export on Celerra

I have no problems creating and using an export on my Netapp filer as a datastore. However, when I asked my SAN guys to setup an NFS export on the Celerra they can't seem to get it to be read/write. I am assuming they are somehow not setting up anonymous access and the anonymous ID =0. Can anyone give me the exact syntax to setup the export correctly on a Celerra?

server_export can be a IP address, a netgroup, a subnet (IP addressx/netmask), IP address

Please remember to create a filesystem, the mountpoint and to mount it rw in the Datamove before exporting the path.
