I have installed and connected a couple of new ESX servers in my existing cluster, we've previously had problems with our multi-pathing policy. Can someone review the output from my new server and see if everything looks OK to work with my CX3-40 SAN?

Can you paste the mpath from your other hosts here?
Sure. Here is the results from mpath on one of my older ESX boxes, the new ESX servers results are in the first post.

Are these ports on SP 0 (500601603020047e - Port 0, 500601613020047e - Port 1)?

When yes then configure your lun connetions on each host in the same way, i.e.
\- Lun 0
>FC 10:0.0 2100001b32007f07<->500601683020047e vmhba5:0:0 On active preferred
preferred always through 500601683020047e
and on/on active through the same ports
You should present each lun always through the same SP.
Just my thought.
